Meet Our Founder
Cassandra Crandall, MS, RD, LDN, is a licensed dietitian in North Carolina and the founder of Minded Nutrition. With a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Ithaca College and a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition from Winthrop University, Cassandra has built a career dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care. Her extensive clinical experience in a major hospital system shaped her philosophy that nutrition should be stress-free and individualized. At the heart of her approach is intuitive eating, where she helps clients embrace balance and flexibility while honoring their unique needs. Cassandra’s passion for nutrition drives her commitment to empowering others to achieve lasting health and well-being through practical, sustainable changes.
